Spotted Around Town: Paperclip Chandelier at Anthropologie, Leather Elephants at Nest, and More…

I’ve been beating the streets of late, sleuthing out goods for our D Home holiday gift guide (my other gig), and friends, there is a lot of pretty fantastic stuff out there. I had to share some of my favorite finds, two of which were store displays that I fully plan on recreating (or at least attempting to) at home.

Some of my favorites, clockwise from left:

  • Lucite encased stud bracelets at Five and Ten — The black and gold number is officially on my holiday wish list.
  • Paperclip chandelier at Anthropologie in HPV – I am utterly obsessed with this store display. I’ve gone back three times to dissect how they made it, and I think I’m ready to give it a whirl. Stay tuned…
  • Giant leather elephant at Nest — Holy awesome. Full stop.
  • Bright books and Japanese masking tape at Crewcuts — As a result of their genius vignette, I am now the proud owner of seven rolls of neon pink masking tape.

  1. Anthropologie always has the CUTEST decorating ideas with everyday items you would never think of otherwise. Love this chandelier!

  2. I agree Cait. The Anthropologie at Highland Park Village and North Park are two of my favorite stores in Dallas.
